The brief.
Austral Build’s mandate was to work with parts of the footprint of the existing single-story house (approx 30%), connecting old to new with a seamless transition. This was challenging but the team achieved all requirements and maintained a high level of attention to detail across the entire build.
The transformation from the original single-story home to what you can see here now is incredible as there is no evidence of the old home. Many people have visited this home and the first thing they comment on is this property being a completely new build. No stone was left unturned here and the client’s idea was materialised. In his words – “I want this place to look like a brand new home” and that’s what we gave him.
